This week in on reports on RAPEX, there are no bans on cosmetics in any EU country. In Spain, various electrical appliances, toys and a couple of items of clothing have been banned, but our sector has not been affected.
However, we must report that the OCU has called for a ban on «magic lipstick» - a lipstick that paints each person a different colour - because it does not comply with labelling rules and because it contains parabens (the legal kind) in its composition.
