Cosmetorium 2023: a brief report on this year’s event in Barcelona
Cosmetorium It is one of the leading events in the cosmetics sector in Spain. Since its first edition in 2016, this event, organised annually by Spanish Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SEQC) y Step Exhibitions In Barcelona, it has grown both in terms of visitor numbers and exhibiting companies, and has gradually established itself as a leading venue for the networking in the cosmetics sector.
Now in its seventh year, Cosmetorium 2023 –To date – considered the most successful to date – the event has attracted more than 2,750 visitors and over 100 exhibitors to the Palau de Congressos in Barcelona. In this regard, we at Gabinete Técnico Farmacéutico M. Camps would like to express our great appreciation that the SEQC – a non-profit professional association of which we are a member – has managed to replicate the success of previous editions and maintain the interest of professionals in the cosmetics sector. Furthermore, far from being a one-off event, Cosmetorium has become an unmissable annual fixture.
The programme of Cosmetorium 2023 has included in this edition:

- Techfocus and workshops: a scientific programme featuring more than 60 speakers, which included discussions on product marketing and market trends, production and industrialisation, global regulatory issues, and science and technology.
- Cosmetorium Awards: Created to «promote the advancement of cosmetic science and technology in our country», this year’s awards were dedicated to brightness in cosmetic formulation. Visitors were able to try out the recipes entered in the competition and see for themselves how effective they were.
- Innovatorium: Innovation in cosmetics has its own dedicated area within Cosmetorium. At this year’s event, following in the footsteps of previous editions, there have been many new developments in the field of naturally sourced raw materials and in the promotion of sustainability and an environmentally friendly cosmetics industry.
The next edition of Cosmetorium will take place on 23 and 24 October 2024 in the Barcelona Conference Centre.
25 years of GTF M. Camps: an anniversary we are celebrating, together with our partners at Aquimisa Pharma, at Cosmetorium
Cosmetorium 2023 This is not an unfamiliar event to our firm. And we have There is ample evidence of this in our newspaper archive. In 2016, Gabinete Técnico Farmacéutico M. Camps celebrated its 25th anniversary as a technical consultancy specialising in health-related procedures, making us one of the longest-established companies in Spain in this sector. And to mark this significant milestone, the director of GTF, Mercè Camps, decided to book a stand, shared with Aquimisa Pharma, at a new cosmetics event organised by the SEQC.
Over the course of the two days that the first edition of Cosmetorium, visitors to the fair were able to join us in celebrating GTF M. Camps’ anniversary, enjoying a glass of cava and Iberian ham from Guijuelo at the Stand 46 from Cosmetorium.
