A group of cluster members set up a consultative body, composed of \u201cprofessionals with a long history, reputable experience and extensive knowledge of the beauty sector\u201d at the service of the <b>Beauty Cluster Barcelona<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>The main task of the Council will be to advise the Board of Directors of the BCB. In short<b>,<\/b> will act as a <em>think tank<\/em> of the beauty and self-care sector, at the service of Beauty Cluster Barcelona. The Council is also expected to take part in the international activities and congresses in which the cluster participates annually. .<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3543\" src=\"https:\/\/mcamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/success-2081167_960_720.jpg\" alt=\"Consejo Asesor del BCB: objetivos\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mcamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/success-2081167_960_720.jpg 960w, https:\/\/mcamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/success-2081167_960_720-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mcamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/success-2081167_960_720-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>The objectives of the BCB Advisory Council: a statement of principles<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The objectives of the Advisory Board and information on its components are visible in the <a href=\"http:\/\/beautyclusterbarcelona.com\/es\/consejo-asesor-del-beauty-cluster-barcelona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beauty Cluster Barcelona website.<\/a>\u00a0They were also published in its January 2019 newsletter. As decided at the first Council meeting, <b>These will be its main areas of action<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide ideas, initiatives and project opportunities to make the sector more competitive, to promote innovation or to cover strategic needs of the sector in the medium\/long term.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the BCB Board, working groups and staff in evaluating and making decisions regarding activities, projects, studies, innovation ideas, opinion pieces and other related actions.<\/li>\n<li>Participate, on behalf of the BCB, in round tables, conferences, congresses and other activities where you can share your knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute with its knowledge to establish a 10-15 year roadmap for the Beauty sector that will serve as a vision for the companies that make up the cluster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3544\" src=\"https:\/\/mcamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/team-spirit-2447163_960_720-e1548620075378.jpg\" alt=\"Consejo Asesor del BCB: miembros del consejo\" width=\"880\" height=\"588\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mcamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/team-spirit-2447163_960_720-e1548620075378.jpg 880w, https:\/\/mcamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/team-spirit-2447163_960_720-e1548620075378-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mcamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/team-spirit-2447163_960_720-e1548620075378-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 880px) 100vw, 880px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>The composition of the Advisory Board of the <\/strong><strong>BCB<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The newly established BCB Advisory Board, which held its first meeting on 19 December, consists of members of the cluster. All of them are highly reputable specialists in the beauty and cosmetics sector:<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>The chemical engineer<b>\u00a0Francesc Balaguer<\/b><\/li>\n<li>The chemist and business consultant\u00a0<b>Joaqu\u00edn \u00c1lvarez L\u00f3pez<\/b><\/li>\n<li>The perfumer\u00a0<b>Rosendo Mateu<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Chemist and marketing specialist\u00a0<b>Ram\u00f3n Mira<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>The biologist\u00a0<b>Gabriel Buend\u00eda Bordera<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Pharmacist and member of the Royal Academy of Pharmacy Merc\u00e8 Camps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>From GTF, we value very positively the creation of this group of experts. We believe that it will offer Beauty Cluster Barcelona greater technical knowledge of the sector. And of course, we are grateful that the Board of Directors of Beauty Cluster Barcelona has thought of the director of the <b><a href=\"https:\/\/mcamps.com\/eng\/quienes-somos\/\">Pharmaceutical Technical Office<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/mcamps.com\/eng\/quienes-somos\/\">o<\/a><\/b>, Merc\u00e8 Camps, to form part of its Advisory Council.<\/p>\n<p>We hope that, very soon, we will be able to bring you more news about the workings of the new BCB Advisory Council.
